Please see attached an opportunity for an NSF-funded summer research in biomaterials at Syracuse University. This is within Syracuse Biomaterials Institute, which was my old institute prior to Bucknell. I can vouch for the high quality of the program and expect that current juniors (but also sophomores) in biomedical, chemical, or mechanical engineering would be the most interested and competitive.

Brandeis University's two-track Post-Baccalaureate and application fee waiver

Our program includes two tracks:    Career changer track:   A two-year course of study for students with no science background, this track starts in the fall semester and allows students to complete all necessary pre-requisites for medical school and other health professions. Finisher Track:  This track is a special 15-month program that offers students who have already completed general chemistry and biology a pathway to dive into organic chemistry.
