Dear Dr. Patterson, I would be grateful if you would make potential medical students aware of our MSc course in Radiation Biology run by the University of Oxford . Our one-year, full-time course combines traditional and molecular radiation biology principles with clinical applications. This established multidisciplinary course covers radiation biology, related radiation physics and chemistry in the context of clinical radiotherapy as well as carcinogenesis and radiation protection. The course is delivered by world-leading academics and clinical scientists and is complemented with tutorials, practical sessions and a 5-6 month research project in an internationally competitive research laboratory. Over the last 10 years we have had a significant number of successful MSc students go on to study medicine in the US.
