Vanderbilt University’s 10th Annual Health Professions Graduate School Fair

Vanderbilt University’s 10th Annual Health Professions Graduate School Fair will be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2016 from 2:00-6:00 p.m. at the Vanderbilt University Student Life Center (310 25th Ave S, Nashville, TN 37240).

69 institutions representing over 100 programs will be in attendance. Programs include medicine (17 MD, 3MD/PhD, 7 DO, 5 international medical schools), dentistry (3), pharmacy (10), physician’s assistant (3), physical therapy (2), nurse practitioner (3), nursing (8), public health (7), optometry (3), veterinary medicine (3), chiropractic (3), and other health professions including healthcare administration, athletic training, biostatistics, healthcare informatics, social work, maternal and child health, epidemiology, environmental health, and a number of others.

As always, students from any school are more than welcome to attend. There is no charge. Advisors are welcome as well and can join us for lunch to meet with the various institutions’ representatives from 11:45AM to 1:45PM.

We will have free pizza and soda for the students. We will be raffling gift cards and other “goodies”.

Brandeis University's two-track Post-Baccalaureate and application fee waiver

Our program includes two tracks:    Career changer track:   A two-year course of study for students with no science background, this track starts in the fall semester and allows students to complete all necessary pre-requisites for medical school and other health professions. Finisher Track:  This track is a special 15-month program that offers students who have already completed general chemistry and biology a pathway to dive into organic chemistry.
